Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Nagpur, this project transforms an old residential building into a contemporary CA office. The ground and first floors serve as the main office space, designed with natural materials and glass to create an open, professional environment.

The second floor is designed as a multipurpose space—ideal for meetings, training sessions, and informal gatherings. It features a small pantry and lounge area, maintaining the same design language of clean lines, natural finishes, and ample daylight. This floor adds flexibility to the office, supporting both work and collaboration in a relaxed setting.
