The residence lies in one of India's historic towns, noted for its rich history dating back to the time of Buddha and one of ancient India's greatest emperors, Ashoka. The historical structure of Nalanda university influenced the usage of brick in the building's façade. The use of this material not only lowered the structure's cost and weight but also improved air circulation and light and shadows. The home is divided into three floors, with parking and small gardens on the ground floor, living, drawing and dining with kitchen and puja on the first floor, and a bedroom on the second story, with gardens and a waterbody with an open minibar on the terrace. The house's current design, which is energetic, beautiful, and sophisticated, recalls its history.
